Supporting you to be the best you can be
Personal Development
We offer a number of personal development training opportunities with industry experts from the likes of Momentum training; learning to work with a variety of people from across the collection, Cloud 9; training to develop our managers and supervisors and Insights psychometric training; where you can find out what colour your personality is, how colour personalities differ and most importantly understand the best way to work with each other.
Supplier Visits & Training
Working with a number of suppliers, we know how great it is to collaborate and for you to learn more about our suppliers and how they work. Not only is there training from the suppliers experts for example baristas or premium beauty brands in the spa, but there's also exciting visits to suppliers such as Ridgeview Wine Estate and the Champagne region.
Exclusive Training
From day one, we have a variety of training we provide from our own Exclusive teams. From induction day training where you get to meet people from all over the hotel and learn about the business, a variety of health and safety and development courses on our Flow Training portal or training with other colleagues in your department or even cross-department, to better your skill set.
Industry Upskilling
With so many types of roles under our roofs, we know how important it is to keep up to date with the latest training and trends in your industry, which is why we offer support in courses and workshops from your specific industry. This includes training from a number of hospitality bodies and key associations such as the CIPD, the AAT or the CIM.
