To optimise opportunities to hit and exceed budgeted targets. To manage and lead the C&B team in all areas including service, staffing, product offering, beverage inventory and revenue. To work as part of a team and to constantly evaluate, train and improve the experience our guests receive.

To work as part of the hotel kitchen team and assist in maintaining outstanding levels of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen areas to include all working areas and food & beverage crockery, utensils and serving equipment.
